1.- Cut a piece of 9 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ from blue cardstock. Score at 4-3/4″ and fold in half to create your card base.
2.- Cut a piece of 3 3/8″ x 5 1/4″ on patterned flower paper.
3.- Cut a piece of 2 5/8″ x 3 3/4″ in green cardstock.
4.-For the sentiment cut a piece of 5/8 x 2 1/4 in white cardstock.
5.-Apply Transparent Double-Sided Tape to white cardstock. Transfer the outline of the Flower Vases 1 peel-off to the adhesive side and, using the glitter coloring technique, add Warm Diamond Silk Microfine Glitter to peel-off and color. Watch Els demonstrate this technique HERE.
6.- Add Borders Peel-Offs to emphasis the edges.
